BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM	POSSIBLE CAUSE
The Dolly does not roll straight	The wheels are not aligned properly. The wheels are not locked to the same angle.
The Dolly does not roll easily	The Wheels are not aligned properly. The Wheels are too tight . The Wheel Rotation needs to be adjusted.
The Dolly does not turn easily	The Wheels Swivel is not adjusted properly. The Wheel Rotation is too tight.
The Boom Arm is too hard to move up or down	The Friction Lever is not being squeezed enough. The Boom Capacity is not adjusted properly.
The Boom Arm makes a single "click" sound when moving up or down	The Front Acme nut on the Pressure Rod needs adjustment. The Clamp Nut on the Pressure Rod Needs adjustment.
The Friction Brake does not work.	The Friction Lever does not open fully when released. The Friction Stop has worn down and needs to be adjusted.
The Boom Arm does not lower into the Boom Lock easily.	The Boom Lock needs to be adjusted.
The Dolly does not roll on track easily or comes off the track.	All the Wheels are not unlocked in the free swivel mode. The Wheel Legs are not adjusted to the right angle or unlocked properly.
